Jamie Colby

Colby is employed by Fox News since July 2003 as National News Correspondent and Anchor. Colby has worked as a reporter and anchor at CBS News, including as a fill-in reporter for CBS Up to the Minute. Colby was previously an CNN correspondent. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is a lawyer licensed to legally practice across New York, California, Florida and in the District of Columbia. She received awards such as the Edward R.Murrow Award in 2002, for reporting on the terror attacks of September 11, for her reporting on the September 11 attacks. Gracie Award for Investigative Reporting in 2000 and Clarion Award for Women in Communications. Television Week named her "Rising News Actor to Be Watching". In addition to her journalistic career, Colby, an attorney was in private practice for ten years. The law practice she was practicing began with a Hollywood entertainment agency that entrusted Colby as a reporter for The Tonight Show. In her early 20s, she was working with Johnny Carson during his contract renewal with NBC and his divorce. Colby has been a Fox Business reporter and host who has reported on Strange Inheritance since the start of 2015.
